Established in 1997, Cabtech was formed to fill a niche in the market and that was to cater specifically for the mobile network carriers, their associates and contractors. This need was identified through identifying the diverse range of goods and services required by the operators that could not be fulfilled by traditional supply routes, such as electrical wholesalers, electronic component distributors, and specialist suppliers.
Engineers and Project Managers required a single point of contact that would manage their product and consumable requirements in an effective, professional and competitive manner. The structure of the company was formed by our client’s requirements, which enabled us to ensure that we, as a company, could be adaptable to the fast changing industry and accommodate and anticipate trends and needs of our client’s growing requirements.
Honesty, client care, and adaptability are the key values at Cabtech; we will not promise anything that is unachievable, we believe that keeping our client’s needs at the forefront of everything we do. Most important is keeping good lines of communication open with our clients so that they are aware we will support them every step of the way. We pride ourselves anticipating the problems and issues that arise in this industry, and isolating our customers from any negative effects by working tirelessly in the background to deliver exactly what we have promised, on time, every time.
As a company, an existing customer is our most important customer, and we will always ensure that we will provide a first class service to those that choose to allow us to support them, and in doing so, support us as a company going forward.
